All inclusive holidays are
based on minimum 2 adults.
There is a £3 pp pn
supplement for rooms with a sea view,
and a £6pp pn
supplement for rooms with a sea view and
a balcony or on the
ground floor, south facing with doors to the patio.
Children
sharing adults’ room are charged at
½ rate aged
3 to 11 years and 2/3rds rate aged under 16.
We regret that
we are unable to accept children under the age of 3 years.
Ferry
prices are from Southampton to Cowes. Other routes carry a £10
per car supplement.

A non refundable deposit of £75 pp is
required to secure the booking.
Unfortunately
no allowance can be
made for meals not taken.
We regret that we do not accept
pets. Please note that we do not have a lift.
